Weeping sedge is true to its name, touting dark green leathery leaves that are 3-4 ft long, 0.5 in wide. It grows to form a weeping grassy mound 2-3 ft tall.Thin tan, cylindrical flower spikes are 3-6” long and may appear July through August. Prefers light shade and moist, fertile soil but will tolerate dry conditions.
