Toetoeis frequently found growing in the wetlands of New Zealand. It will also grow on drier sites. Like Pampas Grass, Toetoe leaves are a gray-green color about 10’ long by 1 – 2" wide, edged with fine, saw-like teeth. The flower head forms white, feathery, arching plumes.Toetoe has a mature height of approximately 10’.Prefers full sun and moist/bog soil conditions.
