Purple Fountain Grass grows to heights of 5'-6' with pink & purple flowers in early summer. Very showy grass with red/green foliage. This variety of Pennisetum prefers full sun to part shade with average water requirements. Purple Fountain Grass is also grown as an annual in colder climates (zones 8 and below).
