We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct typographical errors.

We guarantee that all plants will arrive to you alive and in good condition for growing. During the first year, if your plants fail to grow in your garden, we will replace them. Customers must pay shipping and handling on plants replaced under our guarantee and the replacement plants must be sent to the original shipping address. We must have the item number and description of the plants or item. This guarantee is limited to perennial plants that are suited for growing in your USDA Zone. Plants on sale are not covered by our guarantee.

DCG may not be held responsible for customer misuse. Special order items and sale items are not covered by our guarantee and, in the case of merchandise, can't be returned. Sorry, we cannot take returns on plant materials.

All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur; these items will be shipped as they become available. In the event that we are out of a particular size, we reserve the right to fill the order with a size that is of greater or equal value.

Orders placed during the current growing season will be filled the same growing season. We will accept advanced orders (preorders) for next year after November 1 and before the following March 1. Preorders will be charged when placed and shipped on the dates noted below. However, if the dates below are not acceptable to the customer, preorders will be shipped when requested but will not be eligible for our guarantee.

We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $35 service charge for all returned checks.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Online order security is important to us. Shopping at dovecreekgardens.com is safe and secure. However, you can fax your credit card information, for online orders, if you feel uncomfortable providing personal information online. You can mail a check or money order, denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank, with your order, if you do not want to use or do not have a credit card. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. Sorry, C.O.D. orders are not offered.

Dove Creek Gardens ships orders via US Postal Service. Large orders ship via motor carrier - email us for a quote. We can only ship to one address per order. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Potted plants are shipped February through November. Other items and gift certificates ship year around.

All items are shipped FOB our nursery in Millington, TN. We are not responsible for shipments after they leave our nursery. We offer insurance during the checkout process in order to give our customers protection from lost or damaged packages. Insurance is charged according to USPS insurance rates.

Orders of $100.00 or more (excluding shipping and handling) for delivery within a 30 mile radius of our nursery will be delivered free.

When you order, we need to know your name, billing address, physical mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date (only the last 4 digits of the credit card number is saved and maintained in our records for verifying the original purchase). This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and keep you informed of your order status.
