Maiden Grass grows to 6 feet tall with narrow, silver and green leaves, ¼ - ½" wide. Fall color varies by region, bright orange in southern portions and the west, almond in the east. This Miscanthus features copper colored flowers appearing in late September. No flowers appear in locales with cool summers.
