Useful as a living screen or windbreak, this bamboo reaches heights of 16 - 33 feet. The culms (canes) are green with a yellow stripe in early growth, later turning all yellow. Plant in full sun and keep well watered during hot summer months. Grown in 5" or 10" pots.
I bought 4 plants from florida..they shipped in a narrow box one clum and a large root ball wapped in tape. I planted the 4 bare clums and in two weeks I have 2 shoots rapidly growing from the blubs per plant..shade n morning aand full sun in afternoon.
