Compact Maiden Grass has consistent production of flowers that extend beyond the tops of the foliage. The 5’ tall blooms with red tints appear in August. The very narrow green leaves turn yellow for autumn color. Good grass for small gardens. Requires full sun and moist, well drained soil.
